Today is a big day for Sarah - she got her pointe shoes for ballet!

Limo to Lunch

Today was LIMO TO LUNCH at Crystal Springs - the reward for selling $200 worth of cookie dough! We had over 100 kids go in 3 trips, two limos per trip...one Hummer and one Escalade!

Field Trip to Snoqualmie Falls

Today I got to take a break from work and join Lydia on a field trip to Snoqualmie Falls...the hike almost killed me but I learned a ton about hydro-electric power!

Excitement at Alderwood today!

We had some excitement at church today - the local police held a K9 training at ACC and even had a helicopter land in the West parking lot!

Of course Bonnie, Carol and I had to go out and watch!

So how wacky a mom am I that I let Sarah color the bottom of her hair purple? My friend Crystal came over and did it for her - it actually looks really cool (it's not that noticeable with her hair down) and I wish we had done a bigger chunk! Keep posted for an after picture...

Moses Lake Labor Day Weekend

We spent the last weekend before school in Moses Lake camping with our friends - lots of games and fun for everyone!

We had dinner at Nell Thorn - it was wonderful...the polenta appetizer was my favorite!


The next day we strolled around LaConner and lunched outside on the deck - it was a beautiful day!

ACC Family Camp

Our favorite week of the year is finally here - Family Camp with our church at Warm Beach!

We spent this weekend taking pictures! Friday night we photographed studio pictures for Wendy's School of Dance. Then on Saturday I took pictures during both of Sarah's performances at the Kirkland Performance Center, and on Sunday Lydia had her Gymnastics Extravaganza...in all we snapped over 2000 images!
